Most work is a fixed project price based on area. Hourly and monthly team rates are available for overflow support and ongoing programmes where the scope changes week to week.

For new clients we usually split payment across milestones, with the balance on delivery. Established clients work on 30 day terms. We accept bank transfer in several currencies.
Yes, and most new clients do. A single floor or a small area is priced and delivered on its own fixed price and date, so you can judge the quality before committing to the rest of the building.
