MaRS BIM Solutions is a specialist scan to BIM team. We do not do everything in construction. We do one thing, and we have been doing it since 2014 for architects, engineers, contractors and building owners in 38 countries.

Our story
Started because we kept receiving models we could not use
Our founders ran BIM teams inside design practices. Every outsourced model that came back needed days of cleanup before anyone could work in it.
So in 2014 we set out to build the supplier we wished existed. One that reads the brief properly, works inside the client template, checks its own work before delivery, and tells you honestly when the scan data is not good enough rather than modeling nonsense to keep the invoice moving.
Eleven years later that is still the whole business model. We have grown to over 120 modelers and BIM engineers, but the rule has not changed. Every file is checked by someone who did not build it, and nothing ships with an open warning.

These are not posters on a wall. They decide how we quote, staff and deliver every job.
The date is a promise
We only agree dates we have capacity for. If something slips on our side we tell you the same day, not the day it was due.
Check before you send
Every model is reviewed by an engineer who did not build it. Finding our own mistakes is cheaper for everyone than you finding them.

You get a named project lead who knows your job. No ticket queues, no repeating yourself to a new person every week.
Our quality process
Three independent stages, run on every single project regardless of size.
Stage 1. Geometry check
Deviation analysis against the registered cloud, element by element, with outliers flagged for correction.
Stage 2. Standards check
Naming, categories, parameters, worksets and view organisation checked against your BEP or template.
Stage 3. File health check
Warnings cleared, unused content purged, links verified, file size reduced and performance tested.

Send your scan data and tell us what the model needs to support. We come back with a fixed price and a firm date within 24 hours.
Pilot floor
A single floor or building at a fixed price, delivered against your template with a full QA report, so you can judge quality before committing further.
Full project
Once standards are agreed, the rest runs at pace with phased releases and weekly progress reporting.
Ongoing partner
