The terms that apply when you use this website and when you engage us for work.

Using this website
The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate but we do not guarantee that every detail is current at all times. Nothing on this site forms a binding offer on its own.
Quotes and engagement
A quote becomes binding when both sides accept it in writing. Every quote states the scope, the level of development, the deliverables, the price and the delivery date. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and never started without your written approval.
Your responsibilities
- Provide scan data, templates and standards in a usable form
- Confirm you have the right to share any data you send us
- Nominate one person who can approve scope and review deliverables
- Respond to queries within a reasonable period so the programme holds
Our responsibilities
We will deliver the agreed scope to the agreed standard by the agreed date, keep you informed of progress, and tell you promptly if anything threatens the programme. Every model passes our three stage quality process before release.
Accuracy and limitations
Model accuracy depends on the quality, density and coverage of the scan data supplied. We report measured deviation against the point cloud on every project. Areas the scanner could not reach are recorded as assumed and are clearly marked. Assumed geometry should not be relied on for construction without verification on site.
Revisions
Corrections to anything inside the agreed scope are free for 15 days after delivery. Additions to scope, changes of level of development, or changes requested after that period are quoted as new work.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in each quote. New clients usually pay across agreed milestones with the balance due on delivery. Established clients work on 30 day terms. Late payment may pause active work until the account is settled.
Ownership of deliverables
Full ownership of all delivered files transfers to you once the final invoice is paid. We retain no licensing claim over your models, drawings or data. We may reference the project type in general terms in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Confidentiality
All project information is treated as confidential. We are happy to sign your own non disclosure agreement before receiving any data, and we apply the same obligation to any partner working on your project.
Liability
Our liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Cancellation
Either side may cancel an engagement in writing. If you cancel after work has started, you pay for the work completed to that point and receive the files produced so far.
