MaRS BIM Solutions provides scan to BIM and point cloud modeling services to clients worldwide. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we handle it.

Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us. That normally means your name, company name, work email address, phone number, project country and the details you write into an enquiry or quote form.

We also collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type and pages visited. This is used to understand how the site is used and to keep it working properly.

We are happy to sign your own non disclosure agreement before any data is transferred.

How long we keep information

Enquiry information is kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on projects that restart later. Contract and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Project files are kept for the period agreed with you and then removed.

Sharing with others

We share information only where it is necessary to deliver our services, for example with a survey partner arranging a scan on your behalf, and only with your knowledge. Any partner handling your information is bound by the same confidentiality terms we accept.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies to keep the site functioning and to measure traffic in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work if you do.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use encrypted transfer and storage, access controls limited to assigned staff, and regular reviews of who can see what. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously and we will tell you promptly if anything affecting your data goes wrong.
